Blue Smiley - Return LP

Second and final LP by Philly's Blue Smiley. While I don't think they ever self-applied the genre tag shoegaze, Blue Smiley were certainly one of the bands carrying the sonic mantle in the 2010s before the revival took off in earnest. Blue Smiley truly had one of the most unique sounds in the genre and their influence is unmistakable in the current crop of shoegaze bands, particularly in Philly (TAGABOW being the most prominent in terms of both BS influence and popularity). A absolute gem. RIP Brian. Pressed on 180g black vinyl.
